How Dentafly writes, reviews and keeps its content accurate
Every clinical page, price and patient story on dentafly.com follows this policy. It exists so that you can check four things: who wrote what you are reading, who reviewed it, where the numbers come from and how to report an error.
What we commit to
- Every clinical article carries a named dentist as author and a separate clinical reviewer.
- Every published price matches our treatment calculator, because we check it on the first of each month.
- Every statistic names its source, or states the date and sample size when the data is our own.
- Every patient photograph and video carries written consent and stays unedited.
- Every comparative claim carries its date and explains how we measured it.
- You can check every registration we cite on the issuing body’s own register.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to treatment guides, price pages, comparison articles, before-and-after galleries, patient stories and aftercare information on dentafly.com. Dentafly Oral Health and Dental Center operates our clinic in Antalya, Türkiye. Meanwhile, Vestadent Limited operates our aftercare clinic at 230 Church Lane, London NW9 8SN. The policy covers content about both.
However, it does not cover third-party content that we embed, such as Trustpilot or Google reviews, because those platforms apply their own rules.
Who writes our content
Practising dentists at Dentafly write our clinical content. The author named at the top of each article takes responsibility for its clinical statements and has treated the type of case described. In addition, you can reach every author through the editorial address below. We do not publish anonymous clinical articles, and we never use invented author names.

Dt. Merve Sezer Topcu handles patient coordination between the UK and Antalya. Coordinators contribute practical information about travel and appointments, but they do not write clinical statements.
Clinical review
Before publication, a reviewer who did not write the article reads it in full. The reviewer checks four things. First, the treatment descriptions must match current practice at our clinic. Second, the article must state indications, contraindications and risks. Third, every cited study must say what we claim it says. Finally, nothing may promise an outcome we cannot support.
The “Last reviewed” date beneath an article title records the most recent clinical review, not the last text edit. We review every article again at least every six months, and sooner whenever clinical guidance, our materials or our prices change.
Sources and evidence
We rank sources in this order, and we say which one a statement rests on:
- UK regulators and professional bodies: the General Dental Council, the Care Quality Commission, the NHS and the British Dental Association.
- Advertising rules: the ASA CAP Code and the GDC’s guidance on advertising, which govern how we describe treatments, prices and results.
- Peer-reviewed literature indexed in PubMed, cited with a DOI so that you can read the original.
- Manufacturer documentation for the materials and implant systems we use, such as Straumann, Ivoclar Vivadent and Hiossen.
- Our own records: the treatment calculator, aftercare appointment records and the Moirai patient survey, always with the date and the number of responses.
We do not cite unnamed “studies”, other clinics’ marketing pages, or ranking websites that score their own commercial partners. Similarly, where the evidence remains thin or contested, the article says so.
Prices and finance information
Every price on this site comes from one source, our treatment calculator, and we quote it in pounds sterling. On the first working day of each month, we compare every published price against the calculator and correct any difference. The “Prices last verified” date on each price page then records that check. However, the written quote you receive after your consultation is the only document that sets your final price. Burak Berber, Data Engineer, runs the monthly price check and also owns the analytics and survey reporting behind the figures on this site.
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| “From” price | The lowest price for that treatment with the entry material, per tooth or per arch as stated. Higher-specification materials appear alongside it with their own prices. |
| Package price | Includes the treatment, in-house laboratory work, the scans named on the page, hotel nights and airport transfers as listed. Flights sit outside the package unless the page says otherwise. |
| UK comparison price | A range drawn from published UK private fee lists, with the sources and the month of collection stated on the page. |
| Monthly finance figure | A representative example from a UK-regulated finance provider, Tabeo, typically 60 monthly payments at 11.9% fixed APR. Finance depends on your credit status, so we always show the one-time price next to it. |
Patient photographs, videos and reviews
We publish before-and-after photographs and video interviews only with the patient’s written consent, and patients may withdraw that consent at any time. We do not retouch images beyond cropping, and we name the treating clinician on each case. Instead of curated written testimonials, we point you to Trustpilot, Google and our YouTube channel, because we cannot edit what patients say there.
Whenever we publish satisfaction figures from our Moirai patient survey, we also show the survey question, the period and the number of responses. As a result, you can read each figure in context.
Comparisons and claims
We describe results as typical rather than guaranteed, because individual outcomes depend on oral health, bite forces and aftercare. Whenever we compare Dentafly with other clinics or countries, we state the month of the comparison. We also state how many clinics or price lists we sampled and how we selected them. We also avoid superlatives that nobody can check.
Dental tourism marketing often confuses two different guarantees, so we keep them apart on every page. A lifetime warranty is a product guarantee from an implant manufacturer, such as Straumann, on the implant fixture itself. In other words, it comes from the brand rather than the clinic, and it covers the component rather than the treatment. Dentafly’s own warranty on clinical work is a service warranty, and our UK aftercare page states it by material with its period and exclusions. Therefore, when a page on this site says “lifetime”, it refers to the manufacturer’s product guarantee and names the brand.
How we use AI tools
We use AI writing tools to help structure drafts, check consistency between pages and prepare summaries. However, AI does not decide clinical statements, prices or claims about patients. We publish no article without a named dentist as author and a separate clinical review. Furthermore, the author rewrites any AI-assisted draft before it reaches the reviewer.
Corrections and updates
If you find an error, email the editorial team at the address below with the page link and the passage in question. We acknowledge every report within two working days, and then we correct verified errors within five. When a correction changes a clinical statement or a price, we note it at the foot of the page with the date.
Two dates appear on our articles. “Last reviewed” is the date of the most recent clinical review. “Last updated”, on the other hand, is the date of the most recent change to the text, including price checks and minor edits.
Commercial disclosure
Dentafly is a dental clinic, so this website promotes our own treatments. We do not carry advertising, affiliate links or paid placements. Similarly, we do not accept payment for links or mentions. The finance examples on our price pages describe a regulated credit product from a third-party provider. Moreover, we receive no fee from patients for arranging it.
Registrations you can check
The issuing body holds each registration we cite on a public register. Therefore, open the register rather than taking our word for it.
